Q: What trades do you supply?
A: All trades are supplied from the planning of the job through to completion including
• Architects, Structural Engineers & Building Warrants
• Builders, Joiners, Labourers, Plumbers & Gas Fitters, Electricians, Roofers , Plasterers & Tilers
• ProCut Joinery & Building employ a part-time painter and decorator
Q: Are all tradesmen insured?
A: All tradesmen are insured under our liability insurance. All tradesmen are qualified and registered in their relevant fields. All certificates can be provided if needed.
Q: Do you personally project manage every job?
A: Yes, ProCut joinery & Building is a small team and we ensure that every customer is dealt with directly by either Paul or Bobbi. We liaise with the customer, architects and all tradesmen to ensure the project is completed within the budget, timescales and to the customers satisfaction. An individual contract for each job is drawn up by us detailing all work and signed by both the customer and ProCut before the job starts.
Q: Do I need to pay any of the agreed price before the job commences?
A: No, ProCut Joinery & Building operate on a strict no money in advance policy. On small jobs the fee is settled on completion and for larger jobs we offer a stage payment system. This depends on the size and length of time of the job but we ALWAYS leave a 5% -10% retention until the completion certificate is signed.
Q: Is it possible to see some of your work first hand?
A: Yes, please see details of previous work in our gallery. We have always had positive feedback from our customers and many have said that if future customers wish to see Procut jobs it can be arranged.
Q: Do I need to be home or arrange for someone to be in the house for the duration of the job?
A: No, if necessary keys and alarm codes can be given to ProCut Joinery. These keys are kept personally by either Paul or Bobbi. Please see previous customer reviews. Previous customers can be contacted if you have any questions.
Q: Do you deal with ccnp on building warrant projects.
A : yes we sort all inspections and are present on completion meeting when building inspector visits.
Q: Do you offer stage payments?
A : yes we offer stage payments on larger projects.
